Our favorite Zune Insider, Cesar Menendez, does a great job keeping up with the Zune community by keeping them in touch with the latest news, showing off cool features, and most importantly... answering questions.  This time around, he noticed a lot of forum chatter going on related to Sync Groups.

He went ahead and wrote an in depth look at the Sync groups including: what the heck is a sync group, why do I care, and how can I make the most of this??

So head on over, oh and tell him Max said hi.

Let me start out by saying I love the Zune.....I really do....

Even though I love it, I am extremely critical of it. The software UI is beautiful, but very confusing at times. I challenge you to figure out how to "stop" a video, not pause it, but stop it. I challenge you how to just close that video out without closing the software....I mean, why can't you do that? Stop usually does that in Windows Media Player. Oh and is there a Windows Media Player 12 in the works?
Yeah we can always hope Wink

Zune still is better than the iTunes/iPod combo.

Though playing with my friends iPod touch is kinda fun...that screen does look better.  I have a problem with touch though, I hate smudges. My hope is Microsoft never "copies" the iPod Touch. I think they will though....it seems only logical.
Many keyboards (including my own XPS 1530) come with a hardware "stop" button, which ends the video and boots me out the main software view. What would you want it to do? And why would you need to close out of a video but not the software? What purpose does that serve?

And P.S. Max, the post was written by Matthew Akers (from the Zune client team), not Cesar. Always keepin you on your toes Wink
