Craig Kitterman told us that in the Imagine Cup, we will have more reasons to participate. And the reason is Interoperability. Interop means a lot of things, but the clearest definition I’ve read is Connecting Data, People and diverse systems. Everyone has faced a challenge connecting different technologies and dealing with heterogeneous environment. At the end, what we are trying to do with the Challenge is to make the projects in Imagine Cup interoperable by design. Watch the interview and see what are the components and the good news for the Imagine Cup participants. Stay tuned for more Interop videos as well.

Interesting interview! There's a lot of truth in it, especially if you work in an university environment. Interop is so important there - it is very important that vendors work more together to get the interfaces better!
