Hilary Pike shows us that ribbons are not just for decorating anymore. Once you transition to Office 2007, you can't imagine having used another Office product. With all the top ten gift ideas showing up everywhere, Hilary thought it only appropriate to wrap up her top ten favorite features of Office 2007 into a screen cast. You can also view the individual features by clicking the links below. (Thanks to Diane Curtis who helped me put this together).

Interesting stuff, however i already knew all the tips Tongue Out

When it comes to equations I still prefer "Rapid-Pi", its soo sweet !

I agree, Rapid-Pi is just so much faster. Word 2007 is an improvement, but actually try typing up a Chemistry lab report with that equation editor, it takes forever.

I am thinking of creating one on VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office), how to create your own ribbon.

Also, have one upcoming from a student on using AuthorPoint to create a video from a PowerPoint Presentation.

Thoughts?

Hillary, the VSTO/Ribbon cast would be really good Smiley

how is it going folks..

I don't mean to be a dick or anything but diane will it be possible to record these videos in higher resolution cause when this is enlarged to full screen everything is badly pixelated. I know that you guys are still experimenting with videos and all but when dealing with text such as a walk through in word i think it will be best to see how it will look full screen. yeah and before some people jump me and say it's offered as a download also, i am talking about someone willing to watch it from the web  not to download and use as a reference tool. Please correct me if my logic around this is wrong
