We were happely surprised to find an interactive session about hosting PHP on TechEd (which is a Microsoft event after all). In that session Drew Robbins talked about the integration of PHP in IIS7 (and IIS6). He gave some great information about the brand new FastCGI extension (the official IIS6 extention release was actually announced at TechEd!) for both versions of IIS.
