Microsoft in the field: What would you say...... ya do here?

Girl I just met: "So what do you do?"
Me: "I put the secret messages inside Snapple bottles"
Girl: "Really?"
Me: "No, not really. But that'd be so cool..."
Girl: "So then what do you really do?"
Me: "I train traffic cops on the hand signals... for example, hold your hand out..... Good. That one means 'stop!'"
Girl: "You're kind of strange..."
Me: "That's what my friend Jeff tells me all the time...."

That's the average conversation I used to have when I lived in Boston. Ok, not really, but the point is that instead of telling people what I did at work, I just made a video about it. So here is a blast from my old job in the Microsoft Field Enterprise organization. The people were my co-workers; they were all very intelligent and experienced and as you can see... very fun. My favorite part is close to the end with the General Manager, so stay tuned.

Oh and if you have any real questions about how Microsoft works in the field, go ahead and ask and I will get you the answers.

Boston, eh? I'm going to guess that you're from Brookline or Newton. Though I could've guessed just based on the fact that you were wearing a Sox hat in the "building a computer" video...

I was closer to Brookline than Newton.... I lived on the edge of Back Bay next to Kenmore. Pretty close, JKrebo.

I went to Hebrew School in Brookline, and most of the Jewish people I know either live in Brookline or Newton, so I figured it'd be one of those. I'm liking these videos, Max. Keep it up!
