I know I already have a thread on a similar theme but this is about getting in contact with someone...... ANYONE who can pick up a damn phone or reply to an e-mail about TechNet subscriptions! I've been trying since Monday to phone the number listed for the UK on the contact page but it constantly, and I mean every single time I try, rings out after 2 minutes of nobody answering. The e-mail I sent which stated 2 business days for a reply has now gone past 2 business days without reply and I'm still sitting here no nearer a clue as to what's going on since the status page for my order hasn't budged since Friday.
Has anyone been as unfortunate as me and had similar problems? If so, what did you do and who did you contact? At this point I'm pretty much set on cancelling my order, which is a shame, all because I cannot get a single word reply from anybody. Before it's pointed out, yes I know they could be busy but how busy do you have to be where a phone goes unanswered 3 days straight? Anyone that can help, please do :/
