hi,
i have never had this problem before when making an ISO file to cd.  i am trying to put dreamspark visual studio's onto a cd or dvd and i read the tutorial on here that says to download the program  from Alex Fienman.  I have used the program before but now i can't burn it because the file is to big and i have already wasted to many dvd's on this with other programs and none work. so please if anyone can point me to a different program or how to make it work so i can use it please do.
I am using:
Windows XP SP 2.
thank you

EDIT
I have tried the programs i haven't tried an the others i get the same message its a txt file that states:
"This disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating system
that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification."
I have no clue wat to do.  I thought I downloaded it wrong so i redownloaded it and it gives me the same thing if i extract it or burn it to a dvd.  i've used bout 6 dvd-rw's already and im gettin tired of waste them.  so thank you guys who helps but if you can figure it out please tell me.  that tutorial didn't answer my question bout that read me file.
sorry and thanx again
I think the Fienman program only works with CDs, not DVDs (could be wrong on that but I also couldn't get it to burn the DVD).  I think I downloaded a trial of one of the Nero programs or something like that to burn the ISO to a DVD.  Try giving that a try.  Or you could use the daemon tools to mount it on a virtual drive?

Hello,

For clarification, are you trying to burn the .iso to a CD or a DVD or both?

Mr W

Hi tdk80700,

You can pursue a number of different avenues to successfully install from the image. Firstly, you must realize that a .ISO image is a form of archive so you could use a program like 7-Zip to extract the files to a local folder and install. Secondly, you could look into an alternate burning program like ImgBurn or a trial of the Nero suite (the entire Nero suite is pretty heavy so that would be a last resort for me). Lastly, you could mount the .ISO on a virtual drive using a product like Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120%. The simplest way of going about this would be to simply extract the files from the .ISO using 7-Zip. Best of luck!

Thank you guys ill try all those ideas and hopefully i get it to work. and sorry for the late thanx i had to go to work. but thanx again.
ImgBurn is the one I use and it works great!
