Is SQL Server Management Studio included in the SQL Server 2005 Developer Edition?  If so, how do I install it?  If not, where does one get it?

You could get the one that comes with SQL Server Express... That management studio allows you to connect to any SQL Server. But it should be also included in the SQL Server 2005 Dev Edition. Try to install the client tools to get it installed.

I find that very well cupidita leave the link to download the Manager
to use SQL Server also what you can do with visual studio
but I think a good idea to do with the manager is a good tool
  with very good graphical interface and facilitates rather work
