I think this DreamSpark stuff is amazing but please consider Mexico and the "Instituto Politécnico Nacional" specifically.

I really want to try the original Visual Studio 2008 Professional so please consider Mexico!!!

For now you could apply for an ISIC (International Student ID Card) to get into the benefits of DreamSpark.

It's not the official way; therefore we don't have it sticked somewhere ... just a walk-around; but *sssssht* don't say it to loud.
